Facilitation Letter of Intent + Both Contract Forms (A & B)

Facilitation Letter of Intent + Both Contract Forms (A & B)

Includes the following forms:

Facilitation Letter of Intent (From Church or Individual)

(Individual Form – $222.00)

This form is signed by the church, religious organization, or individual seeking to engage an entheogenic facilitator for a scheduled sacred ceremony. It documents the initial outreach, formalizes the request for services, and provides clear evidence of shared religious intent.

This letter:

  • Identifies the intended date, time, and purpose of the ceremony

  • Affirms alignment of religious beliefs and practices between the parties

  • Establishes the spiritual objective of the facilitation to preempt any claim of insincerity or secular intent

  • Confirms that the request is being made within a protected religious context, not for recreational or non-religious purposes

  • Creates a strong pre-contractual record that can help demonstrate sincerity and legal legitimacy under RFRA and the First Amendment

Often the first document in the ceremonial timeline, this form provides the initial evidentiary support that the facilitator was approached in good faith to render services for a lawful and sacred purpose.
